About Jo
Certified Professional Canine Nutritionist
My journey into canine nutrition all started with my adopted German Shepherd, Gi, who had a sensitive tummy, frequent hotspots, and the occasional skin issue. We visited the vet more times than I can count, but the symptoms would come back. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands.
The TLDR; the positive changes we saw from just the switch in diet led me to get certified in canine nutrition through the Feed Real Institute and the National College of Traditional Medicine (rebranded to Animal Naturopathic Medicine Ēducātum).
And I didn’t stop there, since 2022, while learning with a local dog behaviourist, I made understanding dog behaviour my mission, and with the knowledge of canine nutrition, I aspire to incorporate both elements into overall canine (pet) care.
If you’re looking for a friendly, well-rounded approach to your best friend’s health—one that goes beyond just food—I'm here to guide you. Together, we’ll work on a plan that suits your dog’s unique needs and help them live their best life.
